四川地震重灾区疾病监测报告手机应急系统应用

摘要
目的探讨四川省地震灾害后,手机应急疾病监测报告信息系统用于报告网络恢复的方法及工作经验。方法分析传染病报告网络损失情况,了解当地通讯并选择恰当链路,组织及时下发并培训设备使用,及时掌握报告情况并进行督促。结果基本恢复报告体系,报告水平。结论方法可行,但实施须注意培训、督导、运行保障。
Objective Through the discussing of the use of mobile phone emergency reporting system for disease surveillance to gain the successful experience and method of restore the disease surveillance system. Methods Analyzing the loss of disease surveillance system,evaluating of local wireless telecommunications' network restore situation and choosing an appropriate one. Distributing the mobile phones based the information above. Training the local health care staffs the use of information reporting via mobile phone as well. Manipulating the cases information reported and the system maintaining situation in time,inspecting and solving problems in time. Results The disease reporting system had basically successful restored to its normal reporting level. Conclusion It's an available method to restore the disease reporting system after suffering such a serious catastrophe,however,its success need pay attention to the guarantee of maintaining,training,and inspecting.
