5.12大地震1周年后绵阳某高校医学生心理健康状况调查

摘要
[目的]了解5.12地震1周年后绵阳某高校医学生心理健康状况,为开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,用症状自测量表(SCL-90)对378名高校医学生进行问卷调查。[结果]地震灾区高校医学生的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性、阳性项目数均高于青年组常模,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);地震灾区高校医学生SCL-90各因子分≥3分检出率在0.53%～11.11%,检出率位居前5位的因子依次是:强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对;中度以上心理问题总检出率为16.93%,其中男、女性检出率分别为26.32%和15.26%(P﹤0.05);敌对、偏执、精神病性3个因子的分数平均分男性都高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]地震灾区高校医学生心理状况不容乐观,且男生的心理隐患高于女生,有必要开展有针对性的心理健康教育。
[Objective] To understand the mental health of medical students in Mianyang a year after 5.12 earthquake,and to provide evidence for carrying out the target-oriented psychological health education.[Methods] Clustered sampling method was used to involve 378 medical students into study,and Symptom Checklist 90(scl-90) was used to measure mental health of the target population.[Results] In earthquake disaster area,scores in somzatization,force symptom,despondency,anxiety,hostility and terror of medical students were higher than that of the norm of nationwide students(P﹤0.01).The detection rate of SCL-90 score that exceeded 3 was at the range of 0.53%-11.11% in tested students,and the first five factors were:the force symptom,the interpersonal relationship sensitive,despondency,anxiety and hostility.The detection rate of moderate and serious psychological problems was 16.93%,and the detection rate of male and female were 26.32% and 15.26%,respec-tively(P﹤ 0.05);Scores of hostile,biased,and neuros were significantly higher in male than that of female(P ﹤ 0.05).[Conclusion] In earthquake disaster area,the mental health of medical college students was not good,and the mental health of male students was worse than that of female students.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out target-oriented psychological health education.
