地震前后急性肺动脉栓塞临床特征分析

摘要
目的探讨地震前后急性肺动脉栓塞的临床特征。方法对地震后35例急性肺动脉栓塞进行分析,并与地震前22例急性肺动脉栓塞进行对比。结果地震后急性肺动脉栓塞住院患者增多,与地震前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尤其地震伤与外伤患者尤为突出(P<0.05)。其余基础疾病(慢性肺心病、扩张性心肌病、风湿性心脏病、手术、下肢深静脉血栓、高血压、骨折、肿瘤、脑梗死、心肌梗死、妊娠分娩、上消化道出血、吸烟等)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地震后急性肺动脉栓塞住院患者增多,可能与地震伤与外伤患者增多有关。
Objective Before and after the earthquake,the clinical features of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods 35 cases of post-earthquake analysis of acute pulmonary embolism and 22 cases with acute pulmonary embolism before the earthquake were compared.Results Of acute pulmonary embolism after the earthquake hospitalized patients increased compared with before the earthquake were significantly different(P<0.05).In particular,the earthquake injured patients with trauma especially(P<0.05).Other underlying diseases(chronic pulmonary heart disease,dilated cardiomyopathy,rheumatic heart disease,surgery,deep vein thrombosis,hypertension,fractures,tumors,cerebral infarction,myocardial infarction,pregnancy,childbirth,upper gastrointestinal bleeding,smoking,etc.) There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Earthquake patients with acute pulmonary embolism increase may be related to earthquake injuries and injury related to the increase of patients.
