玉树地震伤员院内救治组织做法与体会

摘要
总医院在救治玉树地震伤员过程中,充分借鉴应急卫勤保障的基本理论指导地震伤员救治实践,探索以组建救治患者工作领导小组及工作小组;组建抗震救灾专用病区;实施快速批量收治伤员;制订规章制度,全力救治伤员;动员各方力量,全方位服务伤员为核心内容的应急处理模式,为完善后方医院应对重大自然灾害所致大规模人员受伤的应急处置模式提供借鉴。
During the treatment of the inpatients wounded in Yushu earthquake,Lanzhou General Hospital drew on the experience of emergent logistic support theory to conduct the rescue work,and explored the emergent management mode: organizing the leading and executing subcommittee respectively for curing the wounded,establishing special inpatient department in the hospital,carrying out the procedure of quick receiving the wounded in batches,making rules and regulations for treating the wounded,arousing various powers to provide all-out service for the wounded.These practices and experiences would provide valuable reference for emergent management for base hospitals to deal with batches of wounded in natural disasters.
