支持向量机在地震灾区教师生活质量与肠易激综合征(IBS)分析中的应用

摘要
目的通过调查了解龙泉中学、青川中学、通济中学3校教师IBS患病率与生活质量情况并进行比较,利用支持向量机分析IBS患病与生活质量之间的关系,为后续IBS干预提供信息和依据。方法运用支持向量机分析地震灾区教师IBS患病与生活质量之间的关系,采用LIBSVM软件实现分析。结果灾区老师IBS患病率高于非灾区老师,灾区教师与非灾区教师生活质量差异无统计学意义,IBS患者生活质量差于非患者。结论可以认为IBS是生活质量的影响因素,应对灾区教师进行IBS干预。
OBJECTIVE To investigate and compare IBS prevalence and quality of life of teachers in three schools that Longquan,Tongji,Qingchuan Middle Schools,to analyze the relationship between IBS and QOL using SVM,and provide relevant information and basis for the following IBS intervention.METHODS Used SVM to analyze the relationship between IBS and QOL,used LIBSVM to do analysis.RESULTS There were statistically significant differences in IBS between the teachers in the disaster area and non-disaster area.Comprehensive comparison of QOL showed that teachers in the disaster area and non-disaster area had no differences,and QOL of teachers who with IBS were worse.CONCLUSION We can take IBS as an influencing factor of QOL,and following IBS intervention is necessary.
