WTZ—50型钻机的技术升级

摘要
WTZ—50型钻机是针对在平原松软地区进行油气勘探而研制的一种全液压车装地震钻机,但随着物探事业的发展,油气勘探开始转向砾石、戈壁等复杂地区,该钻机的一些主要技术参数已不能满足当前勘探的需要。为了充分发挥该设备的潜力,本文介绍了一种对WTZ—50型钻机进行技术提升和改进的方案,实际应用证明改进后的钻机适应能力大大增强,能够满足当前勘探的需要。
WTZ-SO full hydraulic truckmounted seismic driller is designed originally for oil exploration in plain and soft areas. But now the prospecting area of oil exploration makes a change for complex zone, such as gravel area and gobi, some main parameters of WTZ-SO driller can not meet current requirements any longer. In order to make full advantages of this equipment,, some improvement and adjustment are made on WTZ-50, and its practical application proved that WTZ-50 driller after upgrading is capable for working in complex areas.
