摘要

简要回顾了地震工程研究的发展历程,分析了工程结构抗震技术的现状和发展方向,对生命线工程和城市综合减灾以及提高城市防灾技术的研究和应用水平提出若干意见,并对单灾种防御到多灾害综合防御体系建设提出建议。
The development process of the research on earthquake engineering is reviewed and status and development trend of earthquake resistant technology of engineering structures are analyzed.Some viewpoints for improving the capability of lifeline engineering disaster prevention and urban disaster prevention and for updating the research and application of urban disaster prevention technology are presented.Suggestions for building the comprehensive prevention system of single and multi-disasters are put forward.
