基于随钻测井的产层导向技术在水平井中的应用——以川中磨溪气田为例

摘要
随钻地质导向技术实现了以井下实际地质特征来确定和控制井眼轨迹,达到了提高有效储层钻遇率的目的,对于高效开发复杂气藏具有重要意义。为此,简述了地震、测井联合反演和三维可视化建模在地质导向储层预测中的作用,然后结合四川盆地中部磨溪气田MM1水平井等多口井的产层导向钻进情况,总结出采用随钻测井(LWD)资料确定中靶点和钻头在目的层的位置,以及井眼轨迹、地层岩性剖面和随钻测井曲线综合成图与调整井眼轨迹等方法,并以此来指导磨溪气田三叠系嘉陵江组白云岩储层的地质导向钻井施工,明显提高了水平井目的层的钻遇率和地质导向钻井的成功率,效果良好,值得推广应用。
The LWD(logging while drilling) geosteering technique can determine and control well track according to the actual geological features so as to increase the payzone-encountered rate,which is of significance to the highly effective development of complicated gas reservoirs.Therefore,this paper first introduces the respective roles of seismic-logging joint inversion in reservoir prediction and 3D geological visualization modeling in LWD.Then,through an investigation into the geosteering operations conducted in many horizontal wells like the MM1 well in the Moxi Gas Field of the central Sichuan Basin,this paper summarizes the methods of adopting the LWD data to determine the target point and the bit location in the target zones and integrating well trajectory,lithology profile,and LWD curves into a result map,thus achieving the adjustment of the well trajectory.All those above were also used to guide the geosteering drilling in Triassic Jialingjiang dolomite reservoirs at the Moxi Gas Field,and both the payzones-encountered rate of horizontal well drilling and the success ratio of geosteering were improved as a result.
