关于MEMS三分量数字检波器施工使用的几点思考

摘要
多波采集技术作为一种有效的地震勘探方法,正在被业内广泛接受。而作为多波多分量地震数据采集核心部件之一的三分量数字检波器直接决定着采集记录的品质。本文在分析两种目前使用较多的MEMS数字检波器——SVSM、DSU3工作原理的基础上,探讨了MEMS数字检波器在施工使用中的几个问题,并指出了在野外采集时应当注意的事项。
As an effective seismic exploration method,the multi-wave acquisition technology is adopted by the Geophysics Services widely.Digital 3-components geophone,the core component of the multi-component seismic acquisition instrument,determines the quality of seismic records.This article analysis the working theory of two typical digital 3-component geophones-SVSM and DSU3,discuss some problems about the use of MEMS digital geophone,and also presents some issues should be noted during the field acquisition.
