摘要

根据基层地震科研工作现状,提出了地震科研创新思路,科学调动基层科研优势,努力构建合理的基层地震科研体系。
According to the present situation of the scientific research work on earthquake,innovation thoughts on the earthquake scientific research are proposed.The main idea is to construct the rational grassroots earthquake scientific research system by mobilizing the grassroots research.
