城市用地抗震防灾适宜性智能自主评价

摘要
针对城市用地抗震适宜性评价中多指标非线性、限定性的问题,利用客观自主思想和智能算法,以强震地面断裂、崩塌滑坡、场地液化、场地震陷、地震工程地质分区和场地类型作为评价指标,提出城市用地抗震防灾适宜性智能自主评价方法。该方法首先确定评价指标的绝对优势度和相对优势度;然后利用蛙跳算法优化求解评价指标的位置加权向量和评价值向量;最后对评价值矩阵进行集结得到各评价场地的最优评价值向量。算例分析表明,用该方法得到的评价结果与生态位方法评价结果基本一致。
An intelligent self-determined method of urban land suitability evaluation for earthquake resistance was worked out based on objective and independent idea and intelligent algorithm.Ground rupture of strong earthquake,landslides and collapse,site liquefaction,site seismic subsidence,earthquake engineering geological zoning and site type were taken as the evaluation indexes.Firstly,every index's absolute dominance and relative dominance were determined.Secondly,every index's position weighted vector and evaluation values were obtained by leapfrog algorithm.Finally,an evaluation value matrix was constituted,and the optimal evaluation vector is solved by the method of the minimum sum of the vector angle.It is verified that the method is feasible and effective by example calculation and comparative analysis.The evaluation results can provide a theoretical basis for urban earthquake disaster prevention planning.
