摘要

分析了山东省胶州市抗震设防的现状,总结了其在抗震设防工作方面实施的减灾策略,并根据实际情况提出了提高城市防御地震灾害能力的对策和建议。认为,通过实施抗震防灾规划,结合旧城改造和新区建设逐步提高城市生命线工程的抗震能力,使胶州市城市总体布局和机制逐渐朝着有利于抗震防灾的方向发展,确保全市人民生命财产的安全和经济建设的顺利进行。
Present situation of earthquake resistance in Jiaozhou City of Shandong Province is analyzed and earthquake disaster mitigation measures that have been carried out in the work of earthquake resistance are summarized.Based on practical situation,some measures and suggestions to improve the ability of preventing earthquake disaster of cities are proposed.It is thought that the earthquake resistance ability of lifeline projects in the city could be improved gradually by implementation of earthquake resistance and disaster protection plan,combining old city reconstruction and new district construction.The work makes general layout and mechanism of Jiaozhou City develop with more strong ability on earthquake resistance and disaster protection,and ensures the safety of people's life and property and successful progress of economy.
