震情信息发布平台的研制与应用

摘要
基于Android系统开发震情信息发布平台,实现实时获取中国地震局EQIM速报信息、实时获取安徽台网编目信息、拦截指定号码短信等功能,并调用百度在线地图显示震中地理信息,利用手机内置GPS或者电信运营商基站计算震中距离手机持有者的距离。
The earthquake information publishing platform based on Android system can be used to access real-time EQIM information from China Earthquake Administration,access real-time cataloging information from Anhui network,and intercept messages of the specified phone numbers.This platform can also be applied to call the epicenter geographic information showed on the Baidu online map and calculate the distance between epicenter and mobile phone holder using GPS built-in mobile phone or telecom operator base-station.
