工业企业地震直接经济损失评估研究综述

摘要
工业企业地震直接经济损失评估是地震灾害经济损失评估中的重要组成部分,是震后恢复重建工作中资源调拨和配置工作的必要依据。文章梳理了国内外工业企业地震直接经济损失评估已取得的研究成果,对评估的相关概念、评估范围、评估方法的理论及其应用现状进行了分析和总结,然后通过比较国内外不同研究视角下的评估方法,指出了我国在工业企业地震直接经济损失评估方面存在的问题,并在国外已取得的成果启示下提出我国评估工作未来应继续完善的方向。
Evaluation on earthquake-disaster direct economic losses for industrial enterprises is an important part in post-earthquake disaster relief and reconstruction work,as it can provide significant data and information as reference for resource allocation after earthquake disaster.This paper makes a summary of related concepts,evaluation scope,evaluation methods and application status on this topic.And,this paper compares foreign with domestic evaluation methods which are based on different perspectives and analyses problems existed in current evaluation methods in our county.Research finds show that most scientific research achievements on earthquake-disaster direct economic losses evaluation for industrial enterprises were finished from the perspective of earthquake engineering rather than economics or other subjects.And besides that,many achievements didn't take different characteristics of different industries into account.Eventually this paper's scientific conclusions can give useful help to related government departments and research institutions for improving evaluation work of industrial enterprises under earthquake disasters.
