摘要

地震应急数据库建设是地震应急工作的核心环节和主要工作内容。本文通过对赣南地震应急基础数据库项目建设现状和存在问题进行了分析,提出了改进措施和建议,明确应落实专项经费、建立各项有效制度和长效机制,确保地震数据库在破坏性地震等自然灾难发生时发挥决策作用。
The construction of earthquake emergency database is the core and major content of earthquake emergency.In this paper,based on analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the construction of earthquake emergency basic database project in Gannan,the further improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.Not only the special funds should put into practice,but also the effective system and long-term mechanism should be built to ensure that the earthquake emergency database plays a decision-making role in the destructive earthquake and other natural disasters.
