摘要

地震发生后,获取地震现场的各种信息是应急工作的重要内容。山西地震灾情速报平台,基于GIS、数据库和网络技术,具有灾情收集、灾情分析处理、短信群发与反馈、应急信息推送、灾情图像接收定位功能,为应急指挥决策提供信息支撑。
When the earthquake occurs, how to obtain the information in earthquake site is important for emergency operation.Shanxi earthquake disaster rapid report system,which on the basis of GIS,database and network technology, With the function of information gathering, information processing,sms group-texting and Feedback, emergency information sending and disaster image receiving location.It can provide some information supports for the earthquake emergency decision-making.
