汶川特大地震灾后对口援建系统工程的综合集成模式

摘要
在深入调查地震灾区情况的基础上,认真研究对口援建方案,分析对口援建开放的复杂巨系统的框架、时空、运行等结构及其整体特性;提出地震灾后对口援建系统工程的综合集成模式,分别就对口援建集成工程的运作模式和具体实施框架进行讨论,并就援建系统工程、迎建系统工程和保障系统工程等其体实施工程做了细致的阐述.
Basing on making in-depth investigation of earthquake-stricken areas,thoroughly studying aided reconstruction programs and the analysis of overall characters and frameworks of corresponding aided reconstructions' open complex giant system as well as its configuration,spatial structure and operation,the paper proposes the mode of meta-synthesis of corresponding aided reconstructions systems engineering and respectively study the mode of meta-synthesis of corresponding aided reconstructions systems and its concrete implementation plans.Also,the paper elaborates the implementation of corresponding aided reconstruction systems engineering,aided reconstruction preparing systems engineering and security systems engineering.
