核危机重申全球能源安全架构

摘要
日本福岛核电站在最近地震与海啸后发生的辐射泄漏,不仅为全球核电业蒙上了一层阴影,还迫使各国政府不得不重新思考能源政策与能源安全架构。目前来说,对核的恐惧给日本带来的损失,将远远超过核泄露本身。不能不说,恐惧会使人们丧失理智,目前有关核能的辩论已经乱作一团。尽管福岛核危机如何收场尚未可知,但当地令人痛心的景象正驱使世界各国对核安全重新进行检查。这必将导致新核电投资大量迟延,现有核电站可能会以更快的速度关闭,全球对能源需求成本不可避免地上升。因此,构架全球能源安全格局,我们的观点是无须谈核色变,只是在关于核能安全规范、安全选址、安全管理等方面认真汲取以往的教训,确保将核电的"安全性"放到更加重要的位置,让人类安全利用核能。
Radiation leakage occurred in Fukushinia nuclear power station of Japan after earthquake and tsunami,not only casts a pall over global nuclear power,but also made every country reconsider energy sources policy and energy safety.The loss caused by fear of nuclear is more than the leak now.The fear makes people lost his head,and there are all kinds of debates about nuclear energy.Although we all don't know the end of the nuclear crises,Heartbreaking scenes make every country recheck the safety of nuclear,which must lead to new nuclear investment to delay,existing nuclear power plant to close fast,and cost of energy demand to rise inevitably.Our viewpoints are that,we shouldn't be afraid of nucleus when setting up global energy safety situation.We should insure "safety" of nuclear power,learn from our past experiences in safe code,site selection and management of nuclear energy,and make nuclear energy used safely.
