汶川地震堰塞湖地区水安全综合评价

摘要
目前水安全问题已经成为国家战略安全问题,突发性地震形成的堰塞湖所在区域的水安全隐患是地震堰塞湖造成的重大危害。提出构建汶川地震堰塞湖地区水安全综合评价体系,并用改进的投影寻踪动态聚类模型进行评价,弥补了传统投影寻踪聚类模型参数设置和聚类结果不明确的缺陷,并对"5.12"汶川地震形成的21处较大型堰塞湖所在地区水安全进行了评价,得到的结果为北川县水安全水平最低,平武县水安全水平最高。评价结果与现实情况相符,并且分类结果明确,操作简单,评价模型适用于推广到所有地震堰塞湖所在区域的水安全评价。
Water safety problems in the regions of landslide lake formed by Wenchuan Earthquake has caused signif-icant harm.In order to solve this problem,the evaluation system of water safety in landslide lake areas was con-structed,and an improved evaluation method of projection pursuit dynamic cluster model was used to make up the traditional projection pursuit cluster model in the parameter settings and the indefinite clustering result and then the water safety of the regions of 21 larger landslide lakes in Wenchuan Earthquake area was evaluated.The results showed that the level of water safety was the lowest in Beichuan County and highest in Pingwu County.The evalua-tion results were in line with reality and classification was clear and simple.Evaluation results were applicable to promote to all the earthquake landslide lake regions.
