痛定思痛方能多难兴邦——关于汶川特大地震为何如此之痛的思考

摘要

汶川特大地震给中华民族,尤其是给地震灾区造成了巨大的灾难。遇难呈祥,多难兴邦,多难之后痛定思痛方能够兴邦。本文通过在"5.12"汶川特大地震中抢救生命财产过程中的大量事例,显示和揭示,是信息之痛、交通之痛、电力之痛和管理之痛,加大加重了汶川特大地震的人员和财产损失之痛。分析导致这些痛之源头,设计解决这些痛之策略,就能够构建将"多难"转化为"兴邦"的现实通道和机制。
The Wenchuan Earthquake has brought a lot of tragedies to Chinese people,especially to the people of earthquake disaster area.However,only by recalling over it passed could regenerate our nation.This article,with abundant cases in the salvage process of the Wenchuan Earthquake,reflects and indicates that troubles from information,transportation,power and management aggravate the loss of people’s life and wealth in the earthquake.An analysis about the root of these troubles and a strategy towards them will convert "much distress" into the practical way and system of "regenerating of the nation".
