自然灾害对农户收入差距的影响研究——以汶川地震为例

摘要
考察了"5.12"汶川地震发生前后影响灾区农户收入差距的主要因素及其发生的变动,分析了政府给灾区农户发放的灾后补贴对缩小收入差距所起到的作用。该研究对灾区农户收入差距的分析包括2个层面,一是按照农户收入来源对地震发生前后农户收入差距作基尼系数分解,分析导致农户收入差距波动的主要因素,并考察灾后补贴对于农户收入差距的影响;二是针对不同受灾区域分解农户收入差距,考察地震发生前后各受灾地区内部和地区之间农户收入差距的变动情况,并对灾后补贴对地区间收入差距的影响作出分析。
The major factors influencing the peasants' income gap before and after 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake and the variations in the income gap were investigated,and the effect of post-disaster subsidies granted by the government in reducing the income gap were analyzed.The analysis of the peasants' income gap in the disaster-affected areas includes two aspects.First,Gini coefficient decomposition according to the income sources of the peasants is conducted on peasants' income gap before and after the earthquake,so that both the major factors influencing the fluctuation in peasants' income gap and the effect of post-disaster subsidies in alleviating this income gap were examined.Second,according to the peasants' income gap for different disaster-affected areas,the fluctuations in the income gap for one specific area or across different areas were studied and the influence of post-disaster subsidies on the income gap across various areas was analyzed.
