西安地铁穿越地裂缝带线路与轨道工程方案研究

摘要
研究目的:通过对西安地铁1、2号线穿越地裂缝的活动特点和变形规律进行的分析,研究地裂缝对地铁工程可能引起的工程灾害,提出地铁区间隧道通过地裂缝带时线路与轨道工程在地裂缝活动变形后的适应性方案,为西安地铁设计、施工及安全运营提供科学的理论指导和设计依据。研究结论:在研究分析地裂缝的成因、危害及变形特征的基础上,以"防"与"放"相结合的原则为指导,采用线路坡度调节和可调式框架板轨道的总体适应性方案,及"局部加强、预留净空、分段处理、柔性接头、先结构后防水"结构处理原则等综合技术措施,使西安地铁穿越地裂缝的问题得到初步解决,研究成果已在西安地铁1、2号线得到推广应用。
Research purposes: By analyzing the earth surface crack's active characteristics and the distortion regulation of the earth's surface crack zone passed through by Xi' an subway's track,this paper studies the subway engineering disaster caused by the earth surface crack and proposes the plan for the subway's track adaptive to the earth surface crack after the active distortion of the earth surface crack when the subway sectional tunnel passing through the earth surface crack zone for the purpose of providing the scientifically theoretic instruction and design basis for the Xi' an subway design,construction and security operation.Research conclusions:Based on the analyses of the reason,harm and distortion characteristic of the earth surface crack,and guided by the principle of "prevention and putting aside",the overall adaptive plan of adjusting the rail gradient and using adjustable frame slab rail was adopted along with taking comprehensive technical measures,such as partial reiforcement,remaining clearance in advance,trearment step by step,using flexible joint and waterproofing after construction of structure.So the problem of Xi' an subway passing through the earth surface crack zone was preliminarily solved by doing so and this research result was widely applied in LineⅠand LineⅡof Xi' an subway.
