基于弹簧阻尼器的风机桥架的减振设计

摘要
针对空冷电厂风机运行时引起的风机桥架振动问题,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对由钢桁架和钢筋混凝土框架组成的风机桥架系统进行减振设计.通过在支撑板与风机桥架之间设置弹簧阻尼器,致使风机桥架各测点的振动大幅下降,很多地方的减幅可达90%.实验结果显示,在支撑板与风机桥架之间设置弹簧阻尼器减振效果明显,这为合理设计风机桥架提供了依据.
Aiming at solving the problem of the vibration of the air blower bridge truss caused by the working of air blower in the air-cooling system of the power plant,and using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the design of vibration absorption of the air blower bridge system consisting of the steel truss and the reinforced concrete frame is completed.By installing spring damper between the support plate and the air blower bridge truss,the vibration at each point of the air blower bridge truss plummets greatly;some of which even drops by 90%.The results of the experiment show that significant effects of damping can be achieved by installing the spring damper between the support plate and the air blower bridge truss,which in turn serves as a reference for the rational design of the air blower bridge truss.
