摘要

地震风险评价是地震风险管理研究中的重要一环,是选择地震风险控制技术的基础。本文提出在软土地下隧道地震震害识别的基础上,采用模糊综合评价方法对其进行地震风险评价,编制计算机辅助程序—地震风险评价系统QRA,本文提出的方法和编制的程序可以灵活的应用于其他工程项目。
Earthquake risk assessment is an important part of the earthquake risk management study,which is the base of the choice of seismic risk control technology.According to earthquake damage identification of underground tunnel in soft clay,this paper adopts fuzzy math theory to its seismic risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the preparation of computer-assisted program——seismic risk evaluation system QRA.The proposed methods and procedures can be applied to other projects flexibly.
