轻型屈曲约束支撑在大跨空间结构中的应用研究

摘要
由于目前国内通用的屈曲约束支撑构造形式在大跨空间结构中使用受限,为扩大其适用范围,需要研制重量轻、约束强度高的轻型屈曲约束支撑。为此,对3种不同构造的5根轻型屈曲约束支撑试件,进行了循环往复拉压荷载下的力学性能试验。根据试验得到的滞回曲线和试件破坏情况,研发出了合理有效的支撑构造形式,同时建立了轻型屈曲约束支撑的计算模型和设计方法;将轻型屈曲约束支撑应用于大跨空间结构的树形柱支撑中。对算例进行分析计算,结果表明,轻型屈曲约束支撑能够有效防止结构失稳破坏,显著提高结构的抗震性能。
As the common buckling restrained braces applied to large-span space structures are limited at present,the light buckling restrained braces with greater constraint strength are needed be developed in order to enlarge the scope of application. Based on this,the mechanical property experiments were conducted under cyclic tension-compression loads for5 experiment specimens of light buckling restrained braces with 3 kinds of different constitutions. According to the obtained hysteretic curves and damage conditions from the experiment,the reasonable brace constitution form was studied,and the calculation model and design method of light buckling restrained braces were founded. Light buckling restrained braces were applied to the tree-form columns in large-span space structures. By analyses of examples,the results indicate that light buckling restrained braces can prevent structural buckling failure availably and enhance the structural seismic property obviously.
