内陆核电厂应急物资跨省优化调度研究

摘要
文章针对内陆核电厂应急计划区跨省的新情况,以两省交界处应急物资的调配为研究目标,经过无量纲处理和Delphi法加权计算,将转化成的单目标函数,运用匈牙利算法计算出最优调度方案。并建立了与实际相符的理论模型,得出了应急物资的三类跨省调度方案,结合跨省核应急管理体系,能较好的解决两省交界处应急物资调度遇到的问题,并使运输人员所受的辐射损伤最低。
