应用Web定制采集平台促进灾后卫生快速评估工作

摘要
自然灾害公共卫生状况与需求快速评估是灾害应对过程中非常重要且必不可少的一个环节。实践中发现,评估工作的时效性有待进一步提高,评估调查缺乏统一的信息化管理平台,评估的灵活性也有待提高等问题。流行病学调查Web定制采集平台的出现,为弥补传统自然灾害公共卫生状况与需求快速评估的不足提供了可行的技术途径。利用该平台,可以提升评估工作的效率,方便评估调查任务管理,提高评估工作质量。
Public health conditions after natural disaster and quick assessment is an important and necessary link in disaster response. As discovered in the practices,the timeliness of assessment needs further improving,there is lack of information management platform for assessment investigation,and the feasibility of assessment also waits for improving.The appearance of Web customized collecting platform for epidemiological survey provided a feasible technical method to compensate the insufficiency of public health conditions in natural disaster and the demand of quick assessment.With the help of this platform,it can improve the assessment efficiency,facihtate the assessment survey and improve the assessment quality.
