震害下考虑供电的供水管网可靠性分析模型

摘要
供水、供电、通讯、交通等城市生命线系统之间存在相互作用,当一种生命线系统遭到地震、暴雨、台风等突发事件的破坏后,其他生命线系统的功能也会受到影响。该文基于图论理论和蒙特卡罗模拟建立了供水管网震害情况下的可靠性分析模型,其中考虑了供电对于供水节点的影响,并构造分析流程图,进行Matlab程序实现和对比分析,用实例定量地说明供电失效对于供水管网的服务比有较大程度的影响。
Urban lifeline systems,such as water,electrical power,natural gas,and transportation systems,have interactions,once one infrastructure system is damaged by an earthquake or other natural hazards,other systems may malfunction as well. Based on graph theory and Monte Carlo,we establish a model to access the reliability of water supply pipeline network,considering the influence of electric power and give an engineering example analyzed by computer program of Matlab. The result of a practical example shows that the power supply to water supply network service rate has a greater degree of influence.
