混凝土试件在剪切变形破坏过程中的红外信息研究

摘要
混凝土试件在剪切破坏过程中 ,会产生热效应。本文利用红外遥感技术对混凝土试件受剪破坏过程进行了观测。试件在载荷作用下有明显的红外热效应 ,其表面红外辐射温度升高。剪切面的端点首先破坏 ,并在该点逐渐扩展 ,形成宏观不连续面 ,该端点位置在试件形成宏观裂纹前有高温热像出现。试件破坏后 ,碎块间的错动、磨擦而产生的红外效应非常明显。
Author observes and studies the deformation and failure process of concrete sample under shearing strength by use of infrared instruments. We find that concrete sample put up obvious infrared-hot domino effect at the action of load, and the surface temperature of concrete sample is rising. During the experiment, the failure always take place at some point of cutting-face of concrete sample edge. Form this point, the crack develop entad until the concrete sample failed. And high temperature infrared image may appear at the place of that point before the concrete sample failed. Once the concrete sample failed, the following high temperature infrared image will mostly owe to attrition between shivers of concrete sample.
