摘要

对堤防管理质量考评是正确衡量堤防工程内在质量优劣的重要步骤.基于考评实践,建立的非线性函数数学模型,把不同的考评因素进行量化形成可供比较的单项因素数组,然后进行分数计算,解决了多年来在工程管理质量考评中的问题,此方法经济、客观、实用、易接受和操作性强,可在今后考评工作中推广应用.
There are all kinds of methods to develop an evaluation standard on dyke management quality which is the important step to estimate the quality and level of dikes and dams project.Based on this evaluating work, a nonlinear mathematic model to quantize the variable evaluation factors and the comparable singlefactoraffected array is formed,and then fractions on established mathematic formula can be computed.Because it is also economic, objective, practical, acceptable and easily operational, this method is proved to be an effective way to reasonably estimate the quality of the management.
