秦山核电站深孔爆破震动安全控制

摘要
秦山二期扩建工程3#、4#机组负挖项目整个场地离1#、2#机组中心约350m,因开挖工程量较大,爆破震动危害对正在发电的1#、2#机组会产生严重的后果。为此,采用了爆破震动监测手段和比例药量控制方法来保证核电站爆破震动安全。文中详细介绍了秦山核电站二期扩建工程3#、4#机组负挖项目所采取的爆破震动安全控制措施。
The distance between the machine base of 3~# and 4~# generator sets and the center of 1~# and 2~# generators is about 350m in the excavation project of Qinshan 2nd phase extension engineering.Having the numerous rocks need to be excavated,the vibration caused by blasting probably may endanger the 1~# and 2~# generator sets and even leads to a serious event.For this reason,the scaled charge weight is controlled in critical value and the vibration monitoring is necessary for ensuring the blasting vibration safety of nuclear power plant.The present paper discusses in detail the method of controlling and monitoring the blasting vibration in excavation of the basement of 3~# and 4~# generators in Qinshan 2nd phase extensional project.
