石油化工企业技术改造中的控制爆破

摘要
为了确保拆除爆破产生的振动不致影响石油化工装置安全,分别对3次建筑物拆除爆破进行了振动测试。实测结果表明:烟囱倒塌落地的最大质点振速是其爆破最大质点振速的1.44倍,而框架结构物爆破中触地振动大于爆破振动不明显;当地条件下拆除爆破振动主频约为20~50 Hz,建筑物落地振动主频约为10 Hz。经分析认为,石油化工装置的爆破安全振速可定为1.0 cm/s。
To ensure the security of petrochemical equipments influenced by vibration arisen from demolition blasting, vibration monitoring produced by demolition blasting was carried three times. The result shows that the peak particle velocity arisen from vibration of touchdown is 1.44 times as large as blasting vibration for chimney. To the framed structure buildings, it is not obvious that vibration of touchdown is more than blasting vibration. Main vibration frequency produced by demolition blasting and building touchdown was 20~50 Hz and 10 Hz. Through analysis the authors suggest that safety velocity of petrochemical equipments is 1.0 cm/s.
