PID-GPC算法在高速列车横向半主动悬挂控制系统中的应用

摘要
针对列车悬挂控制系统中控制器设计的复杂性,利用SIMULINK建立了17自由度的列车整车横向振动模型,引入了PID型广义预测(PID-GPC)半主动控制原理和控制策略,将半主动悬挂与被动悬挂在横向加速度、横向位移、横向振动速度以及平稳性上进行比较分析,结果表明,采用PID-GPC半主动悬挂装置能有效抑制车体的横向振动,提高列车的运行平稳性和舒适度。
Aiming at the controller problems of the lateral suspension systems of railway vehicles,the 17 degrees lateral model of the whole vehicle were given in the paper.The generalized Predictive Control(GPC) strategy was applied to the semi-active suspension systems.The traditional spectrum analysis was used to analyze the relationships among lateral,rolling and yaw vibrations that affected the lateral ride quality of the vehicle.The result shows that the lateral suspension vibration of the vehicle system is greatly reduced,and the dynamical performance and ride comfort of the vehicle system are considerably improved by using the PID-GPC Algorithm.
