摘要

对地震、地电、地应力和地磁及要素等相关知识进行了说明,重点介绍了用自制的电磁仪器测量地电、地磁和地应力异常变化来监视和检测地震的方法.
The paper gives instruction to the understanding about the relevant knowledge of earthquake,geoelectro,ground stress,geomagnetism and other elements,particularly it introduces how to use the self-made electromagnetic instrument to test and to supervise the unnormal change of geoelectro,geomagnetism and ground stress,and discuss the earthquake forecast experiment.
