摘要

以昆明某房建工程PHC管桩的应用为例,针对地震高烈度地区的PHC管桩应用情况,介绍了增强其抗震性能的方法与措施,重点介绍PHC管桩的施工工艺及现场静载试验情况,并总结了该工艺的优点,以供同类工程借鉴。
The paper takes the PHC piles' application of a building engineering in Kunming city as an example,according to the PHC piles' application in the high seismic intensity area,methods and measures to improve PHC piles' anti-seismic ability are introduced,detailed information of PHC piles' construction technique and static load test are introduced,provides the advantages of the process,the achievement has reference for future similar construction.
