摘要
本文对自然灾害和战争等突发事件所引起的与救治有关的问题进行简要介绍 ,针对地震、火灾、飓风、海啸、水灾、战争及内乱、核事件、化工厂事件、化学毒剂、生物武器等各种灾害的特点 ,讨论并分析相应的应对和救护措施 ,说明药师在对突发性灾害事件的救治和援助中的作用
The problems related to the natural calamity and war are introduced briefly in t his paper. Measures for preparing and handling are discussed according to the sp ecific properties of different disasters such as the earthquake, fire, hurricane , tsunami, flood, war and civil war, nuclear and chemical incident, biological w eapon and so on. The pharmacist's activities in curative and relief efforts are presented.
