摘要

高原地区地震后的医学救援需要大量高原医学知识丰富的医务人员,具有鲜明的高原医学特色。作为玉树地震医学救援高原病救治专家组的队员,全程参与了抗震救灾部队高原病的防治工作和对辖区内各医疗队高原病救治的技术指导。在整个医学救援的过程中发现了高原全科医生的稀缺性,如何培养高原全科医生成为了高原地区灾害医学救援和军事斗争卫勤保障的关键。结合多年的教学经历,初步探讨高原全科医生的教育和培养。
Medical rescue for earthquake occurred in plateau,with distinct feature of high altitude medicine,needed a lot of knowledgeable medical personnel of high altitude medicine.As a member of expert group for high altitude diseases rescue,author have been entirely participating in the prevention of high altitude diseases for earthquake relief and the technical guidance for medical teams.During the course of medical rescue,we found the scarcity of high altitude medical general practitioners,and how to train high altitude medical general practitioners has become a key of medical rescue for disaster occurred in plateau and medical services for military struggle.So,combined with years of teaching experience,the education and training for general practitioners is discussed.
