一种线阵CCD时序仿真新方法

摘要
为了保证高精度线阵CCD精确稳定的工作 ,必须设计出符合其工作所要求的各种脉冲。以TCD15 0 1D为例 ,对线阵CCD的工作原理进行了阐述 ,并对其驱动脉冲及时序关系等进行了详细的分析和比对。通过Max +plusII平台结合VHDL语言进行开发 ,对其所需的驱动脉冲进行了设计 ,并对结果进行了精确的波形仿真
A variety of drive pulse should be designed well in order that the operation of high precision linear CCD is precise and stable. The working principle of linear CCD is introduced, and its driving pulse and time sequence relation are analyzed and compared with each other in this paper. The required time sequence driving has been designed and the result has been simulated accurately by the use of development platform of Max+Plus II combining with VHDL.
