大跨度地铁车站顶板临时支撑设计与安装

摘要
赤岗地铁车站为地下两层的钢筋混凝土结构,车站顶板横向净跨距16.3 m,设计给定的顶板允许荷载为40 kN/m~2,隧道施工期间施工荷载达50~60 kN/m~2。为满足施工要求,在车站顶板下架设了临时钢管支撑加固。文中介绍了钢管支撑的受力计算方法及安装方法。
Chi-gang metro station is a two-floor reinforced concrete frame. The cross span of the floor is 16.3m, the allowed load on the floor is 40 kN/m2. During the construction of shield tunnel, the real load applied on the floor will be 50~60 kN/m2. To ensure the safety of the metro station, the floor is strengthened with steel braces temporarily. This paper deals with the mechanical analysis and fixing of the temporary braces.
