隔震技术在防震减灾中心大楼应用

摘要
福建省防震减灾中心大楼是十五期间福建省城市防震减灾体系工程的一个项目 ,也是省委省政府为民办实事项目之一。该大楼主要承担全省地震监测、预报中心 ,通讯网络中心 ,地震应急指挥中心 ,地震科普宣传中心等功能。为了保证大楼各系统安全 ,大楼设计施工采用叠层橡胶支座隔震技术 ,通过设置水平柔性隔震层使结构体系柔化 ,以达到减少或改变结构的水平地震力作用。不仅能在强地震中有效保护建筑结构和地震值班人员的安全 ,而且能够保护结构的装修和仪器设备免遭破坏 ,从而确保人数整体功能在紧急状态下能得以正常运行 ,为应急指挥、抗震救灾提供良好的服务。
The Center Building for Earthquake Prevention and Disaster relief of Fujian province was a item in city earthquake prevention and disaster relief system engineering in Fujian province during “tenth five-year plan”. It also is one of items of what Fujain Province Committee of CCP and Province Government do actual business for people. The building mainly bears the functions of earthquake monitoring in all province,earthquake prediction center, communication network center,earthquake emergency commanding center and earthquake science widespread propaganda center etc..For guaranteeing the security of each system in the building,it was adopted that terrace rubber support insulate-earthquake technology in design and construction, and through setting level soft insulate-earthquake layers to make structure systems soft and so as to decrease or change the structure level seismic force. It not only can protect the safety of construction structure and seismic on duty personals, but also can protect the structure fitment and instrument device from destruction so as to guarantee the holistic function of the building could normally run under emergency situation so as to provide a good service for emergency commanding and earthquake prevention and disaster relief
