摘要

浙江省地震局在"十五"期间已初步建成了地震应急指挥系统,它的建成提高浙江省整体的地震应急水平,为省政府进行地震应急、抗震救灾指挥提供指挥场所和各种必要的技术手段。浙江省地震局在运行中不断完善系统,提出了浙江省地震应急指挥系统完善与改进方案。在此基础上浙江省地震应急指挥系统的应急反应与指挥能力不断提高,更好的为防震减灾服务,为社会服务。
Seismological Bureau of Zhejiang Province in the "Tenth Five-Year" period has been completed in earthquake emergency command system.It's built to improve the province as a whole the level of earthquake emergency,For his government for the earthquake emergency provision of premises and technical means of command.Seismological Bureau of Zhejiang continuous improvement in the operation of the system proposed earthquake emergency command system in Zhejiang Province perfect and improve the program.
