摘要

"5.12"大地震发生后,抗震救灾急救药材保障是关键。作者所在单位通过超前计划、提前申请、社会统筹等多种渠道保障方式,满足灾区伤员和群众的医疗救治任务,快速高效完成了急救药材保障任务。提出军地联指机制应进一步向基层延伸,加强药材储备,深入研究突发事件的联勤供应体制。
Emergency medicinal materials support was the key point during the heavy earthquake rescue.The author discussed the main support mode which included leading plan,ahead of application and social plan as a whole.All these measures satisfied the medical demand of affected area,and finished the mission of emergency medicinal materials support.Moreover,the author put forward that the united commanding mechanism of military and local government should stretch to the primary level,and medicinal materials reserve should be reinforced.Additionally,the author thought much importance should be attached to the joint logistics supply system of medicinal materials in emergency.
