底部框架-抗震墙砖房隔震结构的地震反应

摘要
自上世纪90年代以来,我院对底部框架砖房采取隔震措施后的地震反应进行了专题研究,相继建成了一些试点工程,但这些试点工程还没有经受过地震的考验。此次汶川地震后,很多非隔震建筑遭到了较严重的破坏。本文对几个采用隔震技术的试点工程进行了分析,通过规范设计计算得出隔震层地震下的水平位移,并与建筑在汶川地震时的实测位移进行对比分析,并列出其震后破坏情况,验证了建筑可降低一度设计的规定;同时反映出采用隔震技术后,上刚下柔的底框结构在地震中能有较好的抗震能力,达到了很好的安全储备,而且震后维护也较为简单。
Since 1990s,we have concentrated on studying the earthquake reaction of the base-isolation frame-brick structure; some projects have been built,but they haven't suffered from earthquake. Many buildings without isolated technology have been destroyed in Wenchuan earthquake. In this paper,the analysis of several isolation projects is carried out. The comparison between the horizontal displacement of the projects by calculating according to the design standard and the horizontal displacement of the destroyed in Wenchuan earthquake is made,its damage situation is listed,and a conclusion is get that the seismic fortification intensity can be reduced one degree to design. It reflects fairly good seismic behavior of the upper flexible and lower rigid frame-brick building by adopting the isolation technology and reaches very good safe reserve,and it is simple to repair after wards.
