摘要

地震灾害分级响应是以地震灾害分级为基础的,依据法律法规和《国家地震应急预案》规定的响应分级采取的应急措施。它是地震应急救援法律制度中的核心内容和关键环节。依法正确理解地震灾害分级响应的适用,是做好地震应急救援工作的首要内容。
Earthquake disaster graded response is the actions taken based on the earthquake disaster classification and according to the response classifications that are regulated in laws,regulations and the "National Earthquake Emergency Plan",which is the core content and key point of the legal system of earthquake emergency rescue.It is of primary importance for earthquake emergency rescue to understand the application of law on the earthquake disaster graded response correctly.
