三峡工程船闸反弧门耐磨轴承的试验研究

摘要
三峡工程连续梯级船闸,水头高,启闭频繁,且为多级船闸,彼此互相影响,因此,要求船闸反弧门轴承承载力大、耐磨性好、可靠性高。通过摩擦对比试验,测定了GY-50 与TS-70 两种固体自润滑轴承的摩擦系数、稳定磨损率。试验结果表明,TS-70 轴承摩擦系数小,耐磨性好,其使用寿命可满足在三峡工程中至少使用三年的设计要求。
In Three Gorges Project, the successive chain locks with high head of water open and shut frequently. The multistage locks interact on each other. For these reasons, bearing of anti radial ship locks must have high loading capactiy, wear resistance and reliablility. In this paper, friction coefficient and steady rate of wear of solid self lubricating bearing GY 50 and TS 70, the TS 70 was invented by authors, were studied by contrast experiments of friction. It is concluded that bearing TS 70 has low friction coeficient and good wear resistance. It can be satisfied with the designing requirements in Three Gorges Project, and its service life is at least three years.
