高阻尼混凝土的试验研究及阻尼机理探讨

摘要
研究了羧基丁苯胶乳、聚酯纤维、石墨、硅粉等掺合料对混凝土的抗压强度和阻尼性能的影响,并对羧基丁苯胶乳、硅粉和石墨的作用机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明:聚酯纤维不是一种理想的外加掺料,而控制羧基丁苯胶乳、石墨和硅粉在一定的范围内,可以获得抗压强度和阻尼性能相对统一的高阻尼混凝土;硅粉能明显提高掺入了胶乳的混凝土的强度,而石墨可进一步改善混凝土的阻尼性能。
The effects of styrene butadiene latex,polyester fiber,graphite and silicon powder on compressive strength and damping ratio of concrete were analyzed.The damping mechanisms of styrene butadiene latex,silicon powder and graphite were investigated.The results indicate that the polyester fiber is not a suitable filling.By controlling the amounts of styrene butadiene latex,graphite and silicon powder,the contradiction between the strength and the damping property of normal concrete will be resolved.The adding of silicon powder can offset the loss of concrete strength due to polymer in some way.Graphite can modify the damping property of concrete.
