空冷风机桥架谐响应计算分析

摘要
空冷风机桥架设计时要考虑风机振动的影响,设计人员对比十分关注.本文进行了一个典型风机单元中风机桥架的计算,设计两个计算模型,首先进行了模态计算,然后在结构上施加激振力,进行谐响应分析.研究既为风机桥架设计提供基础,也为以后整个平台的振动分析打下了基础,可供同类工程参考.
The influence of vibration caused by fan must be considered when designing the bridge truss in ACC structure system;engineers are very concerned about it.Two typical bridge trusses are calculated.Firstly,modal analysis is carried out;then harmonic response analysis is calculated by applying vibratory force to the structure.The result is not only the base of fan bridge truss design but also the base of the whole platform analysis;and it can be for reference in similar projects.
