摘要

探讨了预应力混凝土抗震设计中单个构件与概念设计,水平向地震作用与竖向地震作用,对无粘结预应力结构的抗震性能的评价,对规范中关于预应力度公式的理解几个问题,提出了自己的观点和看法。
The paper explores the single member and conception design,the horizontal earthquake effect and vertical earthquake effect in the seismic design for the prestressed concrete,evaluates the seismic performance of the unbonded prestressed structure,and points out own views on the understanding of the prestressed degree formula.
