顶层空旷多层房屋的抗震计算及其变形集中效应

摘要
本文用有限元先处理定位向量法形成顶层空旷多层房屋关于独立结点位移的结构刚度矩阵,并经静力缩聚得到关于楼层集中质量水平动力自由度的结构侧向刚度矩阵。由 Stodola 迭代法和规范地震反应谱完成抗震动力计算。针对其柔弱顶层变形集中效应的影响,介绍顶层排架柱地震内力的修正方法。
The stiffness matrix of the structure of the multistories building with spacious topmost story about the independent nodal displacements is found by using the finite element method with the fixed position vectors in this paper.The lataral stiffness matrix about the horizontal dy- namic freedom degrees of the concentrated masses in each story also can be found by static condensation method.Thus,the earthquake resistance dynamic calculation can be fulfiled by the stodola interation method and code earthquake response spectrum soon afterwards.In ac- cordance with the influence of the deformation concentration effect in the weak topmost sto- ry,this paper introduces the revision method on earthquake internal forces of the hinged columns in the topmost story
