桥墩在船桥碰撞中的响应及损伤分析

摘要
船桥碰撞事故时船艏对桥墩的冲击力 ,以及由此引起桥墩、墩柱和桩基的动态变形和内部应力历程 ,可以通过非线性动态有限元数值仿真全程再现。以一艘 4万 t载重量球鼻船艏与某长江大桥桥墩碰撞为例 ,演示了数值仿真计算的过程。重点介绍了结构模型化及其参数选择等关键技术 ,获得并分析了船桥碰撞力、能量转换、以及桩基、承台和墩柱的冲击响应的一般规律和特点 ,从而可为桥梁设计、维护和损伤评估等提供了理论上的支持
The dynamic deformation and inner stress distribution of pier column, pile cap ,piles caused by impact force during ship bridge collision can be simulated by employing nonlinear dynamic finite element program. The whole process of the normal collision between the bulbous bow of a 40 000t DWT oil ship and a bridge across the Yangtze River is simulated and presented. Some key technologies for modeling of ship and bridge pier and parameters are introduced in detail. The ship bridge force, collision energy exchange, the displacement response and inner stress distribution of bridge pier are described. Some mechanic characters during ship bridge collision process are presented which are of great value for bridge design, maintenance and damage estimation.\;
